Northumberland County Rescue Squad is currently accepting applications for the following positions: 

* Drivers 
* Thirds (who assist the EMT) 
* EMT's and or Paramedic 

1.NCRS typically responds between the hours of 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
2.Each member is required to run at least (2) calls per month, or to have invested 24 on-call hours.
3.All members are required to attend our member and training meetings,  the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 19:00 hours.
4.Re-imbursement funds are available to members who are unable to afford the costs of EMT and/or Paramedic courses, and are in good standing. (Pending a 2 year service agreement, and after exhausting other potential resources.)
5.All members are provided information to EVOC courses in VA, CPR Training and re-certification is provided in-house.
